Low income housing provider with 8 units available for eligible elderly/disabled families and 8 units available for eligible families. Rent is based on income. 1-4 bedroom units are available to eligible applicants. Applications must be submitted with verification of income eligibility. Background checks will be run and provided references will be checked. The applicant, if eligible, will then be placed on a waiting list until housing is available.
